The firm of Paul OMalley is involved in other litigation which includes, but not limited to: contractual disputes, probate disputes , claims against Estates and interpretation of Wills, title matters and property disputes.

a.       Squatters Title (Squatters Rights)

Actions can arise as to who is the beneficial owner of a property when one party has been in occupation of the property without the consent of the registered owner.

b.      Equity Actions

Actions often arise where one party has contributed a substantial amount of monies to a property although they are not the registered owner of the property.  it can then be necessary to go to Court for a Declaration as to the extent of the beneficial interest the contributing party has in the property as a result of their contribution.
